We believe that cookies have a magical quality.  They can transport you back to happy childhood memories and bring people together in a shared appreciation for their gooey deliciousness.  It takes a collection of quality ingredients to make the Pacific Cookie Company; start by mixing equal parts loyal customers, dedicated employees, and community support, and then sprinkle liberally with humor, passion, and creativity. Bake for 30 years and then keep going.

At Pacific Cookie Company, our mission is simple: bake a great gourmet cookie. But our purpose goes beyond that.  We want to welcome each customer into our family and make them feel at home every time they bite into one of our homemade cookies.

Family is at the core of our cookie culture.  We are a family owned company and our staff includes several husband and wife teams as well as multiple generations of families.  Each and every one of our employees becomes an important part of our cookie culture, including our first employee, Cher, who is still with us to this day.

Each customer has a special place in the Pacific Cooking Company family; we wouldn’t exist without you.  We love hearing stories from customers who have grown up with us, made as a part of their daily lives, or have incorporated our cookies into their own family traditions.   So, whether this is your first bite or you just polished off a dozen, we are delighted to have you as a part of our cookie culture.
